It  captures a moment of driving through a powerful night storm. Lightning breaks through the dark sky while headlights and streetlights reflect across the wet road. I wanted to express both the uncertainty of the storm and the quiet determination of continuing forward

It captures both the physical path in the painting and the emotional journey into childhood memories.   Inspired by the mustard fields of Assam, this painting reflects a rural landscape remembered from childhood. I still remember of chasing butterflies among those flowers inside the mustard fields. The winding path, simple barn, and golden field create a feeling of warmth, belonging, and nostalgia.
